😋Kulcha is a type of mildly leavened flatbread, made of refined flour, water and salt. After rolling out the dough balls, they are stuffed with boiled potatoes, onion, grated cauliflower, coriander leaves and green chillies. Finally, they are placed in a tandoor to bake and topped off with butter . they are baked in a tandoor and topped with butter.
Chole is a curry made from boiled chickpeas, adding baking soda, green chillies, channa masala, dry mango powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Chutney is added, which consists of onion, coriander leaves, mint, red chilli powder and tamarind.
2. HANSRAJ CHOLIYAN WALA: Mathi Chole

😋Mathi is made of refined flour, salt and water. To make mathi chole, the mathi is deep fried to make it crispy, giving it a crunchy texture. Chole is then poured over the mathi before eating.
3. VAISHNO BHOJAN BHANDAR: Bheegha Kulcha

😋Bheegha means ‘drenched’ or ‘wet’. To make bheegha kulcha, the kulcha is drenched in chole. This recipe originated before the partition of India and Pakistan. It was created out of convenience, allowing the diner to scoop a bite in one go. This restaurants dish is unique because it doesn’t consist of ghee (clarified butter), rather it is made solely from masalas and boiled chickpeas.
4. BUN CHANNE ON A BIKE: Bun Channe
LOCATION: Near BBK DAV College
😋Channe is another name for chole. This Indian style burger consists of a boiled chickpea and boiled potato mix, which is combined with chopped onions, garam masala, mint chutney, green chillies and lemon juice. Once mixed, the stuffing is added between two buns, which have been toasted on a skillet. This inexpensive street food is loved by university students because it’s a perfect bite to enjoy on the go!
