Singalila National Park is situated at an altitude of about 2134 meters above sea level, which is among the highest areas of West Bengal. This park is known for its magnificent peaks and beautiful views of the Himalayas. If you are fond of trekking, then you will find this place very good. Apart from many types of trees and plants, animals can also be seen in this national park . By coming here you can see rare and endangered species like red panda, black bear, leopard, tiger, clouded leopard, serow, leopard cat, barking deer, yellow-throated marten, wild boar, pangolin and takin.

If you come to Darjeeling, do not miss going to Tiger Hills. From where you can simultaneously see the picturesque views of Mount Everest, Eastern Himalayas, Tea Garden and Kanchenjunga. Tiger Hills is situated at a distance of about 12 kilometers from Darjeeling. Tiger Hills is situated at an altitude of 2,590 meters (8,500 feet) above sea level. The view of both sunrise and sunset from here is worth seeing. One can see tea plantations on the slopes here.
